HMBL blends functional strength and conditioning through our signature three lane circuit format, offering a full body approach to fitness designed to improve you from the inside out.

FAQs

  • Each class runs 40 minutes long. Starting with a 3:00 minute warm up, followed by a demo of movements. Each training block (lane) is 10:00 minutes long before moving to the next block (lane) of work.

  • Our training is broken down into three 10:00 blocks of work. Each lane serves a different purpose:

    Lane 1: Conditioning: Ski Ergs + Torpedos

    Lane 2: Strength: Sandbags + Slam Balls

    Lane 3: Strength: Torpedos

  • We train in squads. 3-6 athletes are in a lane at once. Look at the members in your squad as your accountability partners for 30 minutes. It’s easier to “Do The Work” when individuals next to you are working hard. Stay motivated by your squad.

  • The Torpedo combines a barbell, kettlebell, and dumbbell into one piece of equipment.

  • Arrive to the studio 10 minutes prior to the start of class. Bring a towel, water, athletic training shoes and most importantly bring your best effort. Our community of athletes take pride in doing the work to earn the rewards

Each workout utilizes a combination of weights, slam balls, sandbags and more to keep you moving with intention from the first rep to the last. Our classes focus on full-body strength and athleticism. Whatever your goal, we focus on movements that will leave you feeling your best, whatever that means to you.
